Principal Solicitor

As the Principal Solicitor, Richard is proud that I.D.A. Legal assists thousands of workers with hearing loss throughout Australia annually.

“We have the honour of changing clients' lives and those of their families through understanding their needs and advising on available solutions", says Richard.

Throughout his career, he has only represented workers in compensation claims, especially for hearing loss.

Gabriela Faura

Associate Solicitor

Gabriela has been with I.D.A. Legal for over 20 years and has worked as a Personal Injury Lawyer specialising in Industrial Deafness cases.

“I have extensive experience representing workers in disputed cases across various tribunals and Courts in South Australia, Victoria, and New South Wales," says Gabriela, who earned her legal qualifications in Argentina and Australia. "I use my extensive knowledge and experience to help those employed in noisy workplaces obtain the best possible outcome.”

She believes communication is the key to success and is passionate about guiding and supporting her clients through each step of a complex process.

Carly Manuel

Solicitor

Carly has been a practising solicitor since 2014. She spent the first four years of her career in the workers' compensation field before moving to one of Australia's largest law firms, where she gained significant experience in insurance/personal injury claims and civil litigation.

“I consider myself a people person", says Carly, who earned her law degree in Adelaide.
